Paul Healy is an organic farmer and writer on sustainable farming, stock breeding and self sufficiency. He has been growing his own food and breeding various livestock for the past 25 years on his beautiful farm by the Huon River. His much loved weekly “Good Earth” column in the Hobart Mercury has now become a part of the Tasmanian cultural landscape.
